It’s Awards Season at Cronin Creative!
The Tennessee Association of Museums (TAM) recently hosted its annual museum conference in Middle Tennessee. Statewide museums were cited for exceptional projects and events over the course of 2012. Cronin Creative is thrilled to have been recognized for “The Guitar: An American Love Story.” The book, which we designed to accompany the exhibition of the same title, was honored for its “remarkable design, photography and historical documentation.” Not too shabby! Big thanks to the folks at the Tennessee State Museum and all of our collaborators for including Cronin Creative in this amazing project!
In other awards news, Cronin Creative co-founder Peter Cronin, who – like your waiter, your dry cleaner and your kid’s teacher – moonlights as a songwriter, was recently recognized by the Saskatchewan Country Music Association. “These Are The Streets,” a song Peter co-wrote with Stephen Maguire and Thomm Jutz, was nominated for Country Song of the Year at the annual Saskatchewan Country Music Awards! “These Are The Streets” is the leadoff track on Maguire’s 2012 CD release, The Nashville Sessions. Have a listen to “These Are The Streets.” It rocks!
But wait….there’s more! One of our favorite clients, Pearl Point Cancer Support, recently picked up a pair of awards for their successful marketing and PR efforts, which featured the work of Cronin Creative. On Monday, March 11 at the PR News Nonprofit awards, held in Washington, D.C., Pearl Point was honored in the marketing category. And closer to home, the Nashville chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) recognized Pearl Point for their innovative and successful campaigns. What an honor to be part of this amazing team! Congratulations to Katharine Ray, Joseph Connor and the entire Pearl Point staff!
