Karen and Peter Cronin founded Cronin Creative in 2007.

Karen Cronin
A graduate of New York’s prestigious Parsons School of Design, Karen Cronin began her career in that city at Interiors magazine, where she worked under the direction of Colin Forbes at Pentagram and rose to the position of Art Director.
Leaving Interiors, Karen moved to Singer Design, a small-but-feisty ad agency. At Singer Design, she worked on projects for an eclectic variety of clients, ranging from Bloomingdale’s to American Express Publishing to Lehman Brothers.
Moving to Nashville in 1993, Karen established Cronin Design, a one-woman graphic design business delivering award-winning work for a wide-ranging clientele that included all of Nashville’s major record labels. In 2007, she partnered with her writer husband, Peter, to establish Cronin Creative, a full-service creative shop serving a diverse and discerning clientele.
Karen is a former Volunteer of the Year and board member for the Nashville Chapter of the American Marketing Association as well former Communications Chair for the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). She enjoys serving as a judge for the Nashville Athena Awards and the Dove Awards, Recorded Music Packaging category, and volunteers her time reading with students at Nashville’s Eakin Elementary School.

Peter Cronin
As Co-founder and CEO at Cronin Creative, Peter Cronin has been collaborating with clients to bring clarity and consistency to their brands for 15 years. Cronin Creative clients including Vanderbilt University Medical Center, The Mechanical Licensing Collective, and Ascension, to name a few, count on Peter’s proven ability to distill and clearly communicate both the substance and the subtleties of their business.
With his background as a journalist (Billboard Magazine), music publisher (Madonna’s Maverick Music Publishing), and touring musician, Peter brings a uniquely wide-ranging experience and creative energy to every branding challenge.
Peter has served in various volunteer positions at the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce, and he is a current member and former board member of the Nashville chapter of the American Marketing Association. He moonlights as a songwriter. Peter’s songs have been recorded by artists including John Anderson, Maura O’Connell, and Country Music Hall of Fame members Connie Smith and Marty Stuart.
Jocelyn Harms is a creative professional with over 15 years of experience in messaging, branding, marketing, design, and event production. She has experience working in multiple sectors, including healthcare, nonprofit, and 10 years in the entertainment industry. As a StoryBrand Certified Guide, Jocelyn helps businesses understand and harness the clarity that story can bring in customer engagement and brand development.
She is a graduate of Belmont University, and has called Nashville home for 20+ years. She is proud to serve on the board of Nashville’s chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners.
Steve Wilkison has been designing and developing websites, eCards, digital press kits and other interactive media for almost twenty-five years. A highly regarded coder and designer, his unique combination of skills and sensibility provides clients with a clear-and-seamless, trouble-free online experience.
Wilkison has served as Associate Professor at Nashville’s Watkins College Of Art, Design & Film, teaching web development and design, and overseeing the school’s web development curriculum and concentration.
Jade Novak is a veteran art director and designer with deep experience in publishing, advertising, branding, packaging, product development, and web design. Her wide-ranging work experience includes design firms, ad agencies, publishers, and corporations in the greater Nashville area.
Jade has worked on design projects for clients including Fruit of the Loom, Nashville Gas, Ruby Tuesday, Sony Music, Warner Brothers, Integrity Music, Thomas Nelson Publishing, Universal Studios, Vanderbilt University, YMCA of Middle Tennessee, and T-Mobile, among many others.
When she’s not in front of her computer, you can find Jade working out at a local Zumba class or hiking trails all around Nashville and beyond.
Jon Grimson received his degree in Graphic Arts & Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Printing. Wearing numerous hats as executive producer, director, DP, and editor specializing in interview, documentary, branding, and commercial projects, Jon handles video production from concept to completion, with a focus on concise storytelling.
His extensive production credits include work with musical artists including Slash, T Bone Burnett, Joan Jett, and Taylor Swift. Jon’s corporate clients include local government, along with automotive, health care, education, financial, and retail companies.
Jerry Keeter is the living embodiment of the term “jack of all trades.” With 30 years in the creative field, He has contributed mightily to the Nashville scene as a designer, illustrator, sculptor, bookbinder, painter, technical illustrator, and prototype specialist.
A lifelong Middle Tennessee resident, Jerry has worked for some of the most established firms in the region, developing products for national and international distribution.
Jerry is that rare individual who is technologically fluent and familiar with the latest in digital print and manufacturing, and also a master of the hand skills of traditional art and graphic design.
